Beretta, being one of Halls Firearms major wholesalers, is Australia’s leading supplier of firearms and related products and services to military and law enforcement agencies and is one of the world’s oldest and largest manufacturers of small arms.
Representing Beretta at Halls Firearms 10-year celebration is industry representative Craig Line.
Beretta offers military and law enforcement weaponry, accessories, clay shooters, gun safes, and merchandise.
Some of the weaponry sold by Beretta are pistols, shotguns, submachine guns, grenade launchers, assault rifles and products like the M9 pistol and including weaponry manuals.
The official firearms factory has documentation since 1526 and has been passed down 15 generations of the Beretta family.
The family now currently exports 75 per cent of its weapons produced to over 100 countries.
Luca Scribani Rossi, the founder and managing director of Beretta is an accomplished skeet champion with an Olympic Bronze Medal from the Los Angeles 1984 Olympics as well as amassing many other World Championship, World Cup and Grand Prix medals.
Luca has also been a Coach and Technical Director and led the Italian Shooting Team and the Australian Shooting Team to the Olympic victory.
During his Australian coaching career, Luca realised how access to Beretta’s full range of products and services was difficult for shooters to get their hands on, so in 2000, he founded Beretta Australia.
By combining these worldwide experiences, Beretta has learned to overcome and innovate the challenges faced and has four holding companies including Beretta, Benelli, Sako and Steiner.

According to its website, Beretta supports responsible and ethical hunting.
“Hunting is an important pastime,” the source states.
“Tens of thousands of interstate and overseas game hunters generate thousands of jobs and contribute hundreds of millions of dollars to our economy.
“When you are enjoying our great hunting opportunities, be mindful that the future of hunting depends on how you conduct yourself as a hunter.
“Every hunter should be an ambassador for the recreation.”
The Beretta website further explains how its range is defined by one simple rule – best in class.
“We proudly distribute this range of firearms, optics, accessories and apparel from leading international brands to our carefully selected Australian dealer network,” it states.
“Representing such great products that we love and use ourselves, makes it easy as we know you will like them too.
“You will also find products exclusive to the Australian market as we work with our suppliers to tailor products to suit the unique requirements of Australian shooters.”
For more than 20 years, the Beretta Australia Gunsmith team has been leading the industry in Australia, servicing shotguns, handguns and rifles across the Beretta, Benelli, Franchi, Sako and Tikka ranges.
Based in its Melbourne head office, Beretta’s Gunsmith Workshop is operated by a team of highly trained and experienced technicians.

The gunsmith team can customise and make a shotgun stock to the customer’s exact specifications.
Managing their after-sales servicing for all of our firearms, the team works closely with customers to provide their free shotgun fitting as well as regularly attending events to conduct on-location servicing of Berretta, Benelli and Franchi shotguns as part of its Free Forever Servicing program.
This year, Beretta is proud to expand the range of their gunsmithing services to all shooters via their Beretta Australia Authorised Dealer network.
This offer includes our shotgun gunsmith services which they have become famous for.
Beretta now offers customised cerakoting for most types of firearms and can also do any precision machining of metalwork for consumer’s bolt action rifles or pistols.
